What is a preorder?

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock, we then ship them when they arrive in our store. A purchase is considered a preorder if it is purchased anytime before it is in stock.

When am I billed for preorders?

All Pre-Order or Back-Order items will be billed at the time of order since LCK-LED.COM will place an order for the item with our supplier.

When does a preorder get shipped?

The item will get shipped once LCK-LED.COM supplier makes it available to us on a first ordered, first filled basis. Some items that we sell are rare or limited and shipping may take more than 60 days.

All release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. The shipping dates listed are based on information that we receive from the manufacturers. Generally, most manufacturer release dates are inaccurate. We will try our best to update our website with any revised release dates. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.

We are not responsible for preorders that arrive late since shipment date is controlled by the manufacturer. We will do our best to update the site with estimated delivery times as we receive notice from our manufacturers. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing for a special occasion.
