Our commitment

We will under normal circumstances fulfill all orders within 48 hours of
receiving an order. We will only knowingly charge you for items despatched
to you, in your agreement.

Contract

When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a
legally binding contract

Confirmation of order

Your order will be confirmed by email normally within 3 hours, but not
longer than 24 hours, of receipt of your order over the internet.

Cancellation of order prior to despatch

You have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. This
can be done by email, or telephone.

Returns

Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods.
Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless
they are reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by myself.
The cost of any items found to be damaged in transit, or missing will be
refunded to you within 30 working days of us receiving the items back.

Order Cancellation following delivery

If you wish to cancel an order for any item you are very welcome to return
them to us within 14 working days from the day after the day that you receive
the goods. Items will only be accepted if they are a) unused and b) in the
same good condition that they were delivered in. You will be liable for the
return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods only will be made to you
within 30 days of cancellation.

P & P will not be refunded if you choose to return the items which
are not faulty or incorrect.

Delivery

We send our orders out in good faith with Hong Kong Post service, however I cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays encountered by Hong Kong Post - see below.

If Items go missing in the post, Hong Kong Post terms and conditions state " No claims can be made until 14 days has passed from the date of posting" after the 7 days has elapsed I will send another order and make a claim at the post office - the second order will be marked ""2nd Order" just in case the first one turns up.
Parcels may also be sent by Hong Kong Post Parcel Service .

Our rights

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this website. Prices, goods and availability of products are subject to change at any time. LCK-LED also reserves the right to withdraw its service at any time, to refuse the service to any customer and to amend these Terms & Conditions, all at any time without notice.

Applicable Law

These conditions shall be construed according to and governed by Hong Kong Laws.

None of our Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
